I made all my apparel for many years and it was a very creative and expressive art form of me. This project allow me to continue to work with fabric and other mediums in a different way. The process can be very tedious. Cutting and attaching the pieces of paper takes time. I enjoy draping the fabric rather using a pattern that is structured. Draping allows you to enjoy the hand of the fabric. You don't know what the outcome will be until it happens. A very satisfying art form for me at this stage in life.
